Hi! Hey! Ho! - Hi! Hey! Ho! was commissioned several years ago by the North Medford High School Jazz Ensemble for a performance at the annual Pear Blossom Festival in Medford, Oregon. Scored for medium-level big bands, this contemporary, half-time funk shuffle tune in the boogie-woogie tradition is a 16-bar blues with interesting harmonic twists – excellent concert fare!
