Brazilian Dances for Brooklyn (score & parts)

BRAZILIAN DANCES FOR BROOKLYN - This composition was written for the composer’s 15-year-old granddaughter, who is a competitive dancer in many styles, in hopes that someday she might use the piece in a performance. The Brazilian “dances” are Bossa, Baiao, and Samba. There is a tenor saxophone solo and a drum solo in which the drummer “trades” with the ensemble.
